What is the People's Emergency Briefing?
PEB is a film and community engagement initiative designed to raise public awareness about the urgent threats posed by climate change, environmental degradation, and their impacts on health, food systems, and national security.
The project was developed by the National Emergency Briefing team and originated from a briefing held in Westminster, where top UK scientists and doctors presented an assessment of these risks to MPs and decision-makers .
PEB translates this high-level briefing into a film format for wider public engagement.
